At the NYU TMD Lab, I developed amorphous platinum-based electrocatalysts using flash Joule heating, contributing to hydrogen and solar energy research in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. My work focused on advancing scalable materials for clean energy applications while integrating experimental development with broader technological goals. I presented my technical findings at the TMD Lab Conference, demonstrating the ability to translate complex R&D outcomes into clear, stakeholder-facing communication.

PROCESS

I worked closely with a PhD advisor to design and develop my electrocatalyst materials and processes. I learned how to effectively conduct literature reviews and understand the foundational principles of a new field. My analytical skills and scientific methodology were solidified during this time.
